Is anyone else having issues finding the anvil?

This is located in the Zeskera Vault not outside,
Anvil is on the second floor, in the 6 o clock room

These are both inside the vault and you will need Zskera Vault Key to open the doors to each item. Primordial Jeweler's Kit is on the first floor - entrance is at 30.04, 56.05. Primordial Anvil is on the second floor - entrance is at 29.40, 57.60. You can get to the second floor by clicking one of the webs in the room and jumping to the correct platform.

You can collect Zskera Vault Key from chest, rares and other activities in the zone.
You will need 30 keys per week to fully unlock the Zskera Vault for the week.
Zskera Vault will reset and change layout each week

Items are located inside the Zskera Vault rooms are randomized on each reset so locations can change but the general idea is the same

if anyone is wondering where to find them after you've completed the quest, they're at morqut village:
Primordial Jeweler's Kit is at /way 35.00 57.27
Primordial Anvil is at /way 35.11 57.35

There are also a lot of buffs given inside the Vault that allow you to jump further from platform to platform. Devices, gusts of wind, etc etc.

Primordial Anvil is on the second floor at location /way 29.13 57.96 .
(use web to get to second floor, and Windward Steps spell to jump over platforms)

In order to get to the platforms without ropes, you can do the following:

Use the "flask of windward steps." if you have opened the door that contains it. This will give you an action button that will propel you to the next platform. The buff lasts for 60 minutes; or
If you don't have enough keys, then you can use a Potion of Gusts, a tier 2 potion of gusts worked for me

I completed my vault with this quest in hand and still didn't find either.
I had to leave and return again for them to show up.

I didnt realize if you actually follow the quest marker, the little yellow yard marker, it will actually lead you to the door you have to open.

After finding the Anvil by pure luck while exploring, I was unable to find the jeweler's kit despite other comments clearly giving it's location & floor, until I realised, culturally in some countries ground floor = 1st floor and 1st floor = 2nd floor :)
So Jeweler's kit is on the ground floor /way 30.4 56.0 behind the square bookshelf.
Anvil is on the next level reachable by clicking the vertical spider web.

to get to the second floor in the vault click on a long spider web that goes from ceiling to floor it's a web rope that yanks you up to the second floor
