If you are an elemental shaman and are looking for an upgrade over your tier, these are the best available pants to anyone not clearing 25 ICC on heroic. The difference between these pants and their mail counter part are that these pants trade some crit in for some haste, making these quite a bit better. The saronite, as of this writing, is quite expensive for anyone saving up for any of the leggings that can be crafted so when making the choice between these and the mail SP pants, go with these if you are an elemental shaman.

For anyone who wants the 4pc set bonus these are a must. Get the T10 chest and these instead of Meteor Chaser's Raiment and T10 Legs. Only downside is these are twice as expensive to get...

Looking through a mages perspective, a mage will want to use either tier10 leggings or gloves as his/her fourth tier due to large amount of hit rating on these gear.

Considering you are going to use this one or the alternate badge gloves. Gemmimg all the sockets for the bonuses(Raw Spellpower > Haste).

First combo is slightly ahead for dps, unless you are hit capped. However gloves cost you 60 badges, while leggings will cost you around 14k-16k worth of mats(10 Spellweave, 10 Ebonweave, 8 Primordial Saronites), depending on your server economy.

For a Destro Lock this looks like a great off-set piece. Lots of crit, ungodly amounts of haste, and heapin' tons of spellpower; plus one of each type of gem socket. :o

A good plan of action would be to buy four pieces of tier 10 first, then save up and buy 1 primordial saronite every couple of weeks until you have the required 8. Then buy 10 spellweave and 10 ebonweave from the AH (on my server ebonweave sells for 90g each).

For shadow priests, the T10 legs are probably the worst of the set, and since these crafted legs are so good, you may want to consider this slot as the one that doesn't get T10. Use the other slots to make up your 4pc set.

When it comes down only to haste, these leggings are the best available, period.

Not only the best among 3.3 BoE legs, but at 108 haste they're even BiS among all available leg slot pieces without hit on them, including all known ilevel 277 ones.

Being cloth, any class can equip them and pick these while they can use haste more than anything. In short, every spellcaster who prefers haste and can spare the hit or spirit available in other leg slot options will find Leggings of Woven Death to be their BiS item.

A very nice piece for rich Priests, the socket bonus is large enough to pick up for shadow, which means you'll have gems that fit your heal spec too.

And not that anyone cares, but the name is particularly apropos, we're quite literally weaving the essence of a death god into pants.

Due to haste rating not appearing on the Plate leggings found in ICC, these pants are very competitive for Holy Paladins for making a good set.

A very good thing that these are crafted and not BoP drops, because these things are INCREDIBLE for any caster. If you are hit capped and your T10 legs have hit, this should be a no brainer.

I've just got these on my Restoration Shaman.
Amazing legs, if not BiS for Restoration Shammys (huge amount of haste).
With 3.3.3 out - these aren't that expensive as they used to be - I've already had 2 x Primordial Saronites, so I've had to buy 6 (~6k gold). As far as Ebonweave and Spellweave concerned - with cooldown removed and nearly free Eternals - it's quite cheap too (I've got mine for free as I have Warlock with Tailoring).
Worth every cooper in my opinion.

Also awesome legs for Moonkins. Even though we do not fully use the stats because of our low soft caps, its definitely an incredibly dps boost if we dont need the huge amount of hit on the T10 legs.

As you can notice the main difference is that the crafted legs provide
+12 more Haste points
- 12 less Critical points
+1 Blue gem
- 1 Yellow gem

WIth that yellow gem the Kilt of Unreated wounds (assuming a +Spl pwr/haste gem) boosts another 10 haste while the Leggings of woven death (assuming a +spl pwr/spirit gem) boosts only spirit.

That beeing said the Kilt of Untreated wounds is better in some cases provided your guild can raid ICC10HC or you can find a pug that can do Festergut on HC.

I myself have 2 leggings. One with hit rating and one without hit rating. That's because sometimes i raid with a shadow priest or druid balance but sometimes i dont (those 2 classes/specs provide a +3% hit rating).

So generally if you dont want to give any gold get the Kilt. If you want some gear fast get the leggings.

Sidenote: The kilt's model is a purple colored warlock's T10 leggings :D
