Edit: Due to the hard detective work of other people, we can confirm that all the rares are summoned by using specific items within Waycrest and Siege by players with specific professions. It appears you need a proficiency of at least 75 to use the items, and all of them will be up at once. Gabb1995 suggests that they can be spawned on Heroic, though the achievement reads that they must be killed on Mythic, so whether or not this achieve can be done on heroic hasn't been confirmed yet.

Professions needed:
Leatherworking - Huntmaster Grath
Tailoring - Seamstress Johanna
Blacksmithing - Brutik Blackanvil
Herbalism - Groundskeeper Lilith
Engineering - Threshanator 3000
Alchemy - Liz Vilepot
Inscription - Governess Tabitha
Cooking - Head Vintner Justin

I'll be trying to compose a list (hopefully with screenshots coming soon) of the locations of the items that spawn the rares.

Waycrest Manor
Groundskeeper Lillith - 'Vile pod' is in the fountain in the courtyard where Soulbound Goliath is.
Huntmaster Grath - "In the hunting lodge section of Waycrest. There is a map on the table in corner of Kraken fireplace room that when leatherworking clicks on it says it is a map of leather traders. It has a chat interaction of 'Take the map' it will then ask if you are sure. Once you do, he pops in front of fireplace."
Governess Tabitha - On the main floor on the left hand side just before you descend to the cellar there's a bookshelf with an item called 'Ancient Tome'. The tome is at 36, 54.
Seamstress Johanna - In the Banquest Hall on the top floor there's a bolt of cloth called 'Cursed Loom'
Head Vintner Justin - Also in the wine cellar, there seems to be wine called 'Vignette Wine' (or something similar) near several other casks of wine.

Siege of Boralus
Brutik Blackanvil - An auto-hammer like item according to Tehproofter-Stormrage. At 58, 70 coords. He says "You have to go down stairs to the docks, it's below the building."
Threshanator 3000 - A de-activated Foe Reaper-esque mechanical in a courtyard near the first boss. I'll update with exact coords next time I go in.
Liz Vilepot - An item called 'Strange Vial' is on a bench at 54, 74.

EDIT: Lots of great contributions. I'll be uploading the map of their exact locations with screenshots included the next time we go in. We'll also be unlocking Siege in the next day or two, so I'll update those with exact locations when we head in, but if any Alliance players have information prior to that please let me know and I'll update here.

As the name of the achievement implies, this is a profession-based achievement where you to interact with items to summon bosses. In order to use the items throughout the dungeons, a minimum of 75 skill level is required.

Waycrest Manor

Leatherworking - Huntmaster Grath
Tailoring - Seamstress Johanna
Herbalism - Groundskeeper Lilith
Enchanting/Inscription - Governess Tabitha
Cooking - Head Vintner Justin

Huntmaster Grath - The map to summon this boss is found in the hunting lodge section of Waycrest, in the corner of the Kraker fireplace room.
Seamstress Johanna - The "Cursed Loom" (a bolt of cloth) is found in the Banquet Hall, on the top floor.
Groundskeeper Lilith - The "Vile pod" is found in the fountain across the courtyard where Soulbound Goliath is.

Brutik Blackanvil - The hammer is found down the stairs to the docks at 58, 70.
Threshanator 3000 - The NPC is found right at the start of the instance.

When doing this achievement you can make use of other characters. Our monk logged onto his paladin with blacksmithing and summoned the required mob which we then CC'd. He logged back onto his monk and when we killed it he still got credit towards the achievement. This way as long as you have 75 skill in the required profession on any character you can just rotate it and complete the achievement.

You don't need an inscriptionist. You can use an enchanter too.

I just like that you really don't have to kill a ton of bosses to do these if you're missing certain professions. You can go back and do some of them later.

Just in case not everybody in your group has the professions, you can log on to your alts who have about 75 skill in a profession, summon the boss mob.

Drop combat by zoning out and then resummon the main character. That way you can get most of them without requiring all members to have a specific profession.

You can bring alts just to spawn the bosses. I am an altaholic, so I brought my geared main to clear the dungeon then brought in my alt to spawn the bosses, my husband kept aggro of it while i switched back to my main, engaging will not stop you from entering the instance! happy hunting guys!

In Waycrest Manor, you can complete all of the mini-bosses except Head Vintner Justin (cooking) without killing any bosses; however, you must kill Heartsbane Triad, Soulbound Goliath, and Raal the Gluttonous in order to unlock the cellar door and get to the wine that spawns Head Vintner Justin.

I was able to summon Huntmaster Grath with my Night Elf hunter, and she isn't Leatherworker. I have Skinning and Enchanting, so maybe Skinning is also able to summon it.

Progress for this achievement is not shared between characters.

I learned the hard way by helping out my group on my alt.

Siege

The thresher is right before the first boss. Can /target
The vial is before the stairs leading up to the 3rd boss. By the tables set out for food
The hammer is down stairs behind the hanging monkeys on the way to the 3rd boss.

So since we're about to be 2 expansions beyond BFA, will this achievement be obtainable without the requirements of professions?

Soloed this today by using group finder to make a group with my alts. made the group with my main and alts with the professions for the achi outside the dungeon, then moved them inside. Worked a treat.

There is a caveat to soloing this with alts because Siege of Boralus CAN'T be done cross-faction.
If you try to enter with an opposite faction member in your group, you get an error message.

If you are like me and have your professions spread across horde and alliance toons, it can be a problem.
You have to make sure that the 3 professions for Boralus are on the same side (BS, Engine. and Alchemy).

For instance, my BS and Engine. are alliance but my Alchemy is horde.
So I have to grind an alliance alchemist.

Certainly one of the most annoying dungeons achievements ever introduced, but it is ultimately soloable with some effort, gold and alts. So before you get started some things to note:

1) Progress is NOT shared across characters. This means you must ensure the same character is present and tags each of the named mobs.
2) You can use another character/player to summon the named mob. If the other character dies or loses agro (vanish, invisibility, etc) the mob will reset but will not despawn. Some mobs also have a short window where you can run away to not get agro on them.
3) You must have 75 Kul Tiran/Zandalari profession skill to summon the mob.
4) Siege of Boralus is a faction locked dungeon, so make sure all characters are on the same faction.

Ideally for soloing, you will have your achievement character at the dungeon, use the group finder trick to invite your alt with the appropriate profession (create custom group, log onto alt, alt signs up, log onto main, main accepts the application, log onto alt and accept the invite then proceed to the dungeon). The alt with the profession runs through the dungeon to summon the mob and DOES NOT KILL IT, Log onto your main and kill the mob.

All of the interactable items are targetable and pingable so if you're having trouble finding them, here are the NPC names that you can use with /target:

Waycrest Manor:

Siege of Boralus:

Threshanator 3000
Worn Auto Hammer
Strange Vile (NOTE: Name is incorrectly spelled "Vile" not "Vial")

Also if you're going to cycle alts through group finder, remember that there is a weird quirk where if the character running group finder is offline when you accept the invite on your alt, the group's mythic lock will be assigned to the first alt that joins the group, NOT the character that did the invite.
